Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the laptop must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and free gifts included. Physical damage, liquid damage, or missing accessories may reduce your refund or void eligibility.
Software, license keys, and clearance/final-sale items are not eligible for return unless defective on arrival.
